Measuring with a tape is one of common methods of measurements however it causes discrepancy between inspection and client’s standards. Measuring with an adhesive tape. The adhesive tape is a better but still easy method as it allows to measure the full diameter and then be measured with a ruler. The diameter ruler as shown allows you to measure the cap precisely and without any deviation which can be caused by tape measurements. There are also other points with cap measurements which we include into our inspection.
