Why we process it (purpose and legal basis) To respond to your inquiry — providing a quote or answering a question. Basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you, and steps you request before entering a contract. To prevent spam and abuse — the honeypot field and IP rate limit on the quote form. Basis: legitimate interest in protecting our systems. To measure and improve the site — aggregated analytics, only with your consent. Basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). 3. How long we keep it Inquiry data — up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Form log (IP + time) — 30 days for rate limiting, then automatically overwritten. Analytics cookies — as set by the analytics provider (typically up to 24 months), and only while consent stands. 4. Who we share it with We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: Service providers that help us run the site (email delivery, analytics) and are bound to process it only on our instructions. Authorities, where the law requires it. Data may be stored or processed outside your country (including in China, where our company is based). We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. 5.
