Project Manager AssistantChinaQuotation Process ManagementAssign Project Number on the Project ListPass along customer specs and drawings to SACN Technical DepartmentCollect quote data from SACN PurchasingInput quote date into RFQ FormEstimate freight weight and volumeIdentify Chinese HS code and VAT refundProduce SACN quoteOrder ManagementReceive and Track Customer Purchase OrdersTrack Outgoing Purchase Orders (SACN to vendors)Produce Sales Invoices and send to CustomerProduction ManagementEnsure orders flow smoothly between departmentsLogistics – Booking shipments and send samplesTechnical – Oversees Tooling and Production. Quality AssurancePurchasing – Vendor ManagementWarehousing – Packaging, Storage, other Value-addsDocumentation ManagementUpdate Project List dailyUpdate SACN PO List as neededOrganize all project documentation (forms, etc.)Collect, input or analyze data as directed by SACN GMOther TasksAs assigned by SACN General ManagerReports to: SACN General ManagerWe are hiring.
